This Dominican amber piece holds a beautifully preserved large fly, along with several smaller fly inclusions scattered around it. The detail in the wings and body segmentation is very sharp, enhanced by the flowing resin lines in the amber, giving it a dynamic look as if the insects were captured mid-movement.
