Authenticity and Sourcing -
All amber sold by AmberBugs is real and verified. Specimens are sourced from artisanal miners and small family operations in amber producing regions. We do not sell plastic or resin misrepresented as amber.
Each order includes an information card describing the origin and age of the specimen.
Shipping and Customer Support -
Orders ship within three to five business days. Each specimen is carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Customer support is available before and after purchase for questions about authenticity, care, and identification.
