This two piece Burmese amber bundle features two distinct specimens preserved within rich, golden Cretaceous resin. One piece contains several midges, with delicate wings and fine body structures visible throughout the amber, creating a dynamic swarm like composition. The second piece contains a beetle inclusion, displaying a segmented body and visible legs preserved in lifelike form. Together, these two specimens offer an excellent variety of prehistoric insect life, captured nearly 100 million years ago in the ancient forest environment of the Cretaceous period.
