Abiotic structures are things not made by living things. They can often be unidentified. These are the best ones we have found in amber.


1) Long straight lines through amber slab.

Provenance: Dominican Amber, Palo Quemado

Origin: Dominican Republic

Age: ~15–20 million years 

Geologic Period: Miocene


This slab has unusual straight lines running through it. These are highly unusual.
