Vertebrates in amber are especially rare, due to their ability to escape the resin. That being said, things like feathers, baby vertebrates, and dead vertebrates my fall into the amber more frequently than strong ones. These are some of the best vertebrates in amber we have examined over the past 10 years
6) Scaled vertebrated and claw.
Provenance: Burmese Amber (Myanmar)

Age: ~98–100 million years
Geologic Period: Mid-Cretaceous
A vertebrate hand in amber. Scaled skin is apparent, and the bones are clear.

This piece displays a clear lizard skin, which may be a molt. It's claw is very well preserved.

3) Lizard claw in amber. Exceptionally rare.

A lizard or something else's claw, preserved with excellent clarity.
2) Possible mammal tail. Lots of visible fur.

What appears to be a long furry tapering tail. Lots of fur on this inclusion.
1) Claws, bones, and scaled skin, clay holding a branch. Species unidentified. Bones clearly visible. Tarsus and claws. There's always the chance it was a dinosaur.
