This piece of Burmese Amber features a very interesting wasp which is infrequently found in amber, and rarely found this clear. It is called an Ichneumon Wasp, and its body is amazing in its formation. It has a very angular tail with a very clear stinger. This is a great example, and it looks amazing under the microscope as it has a full complete body that has not decayed at all. Fun fact, these wasps still exist today in Asia.
This piece of Amber is from Myanmar and is 100 million years old, from the dinosaur age.
