This two piece Burmese amber bundle features two distinct specimens preserved within rich, golden Cretaceous resin. One piece contains a beetle and a mosquito inclusion, with visible wings, body structure, and delicate legs clearly preserved. Mosquitoes belong to the family Culicidae, and this inclusion resembles a Culicidae type insect preserved nearly 100 million years ago. The second piece contains natural detritus, adding ecological context and capturing organic debris from the ancient forest environment where the resin originally formed. Together, these two pieces provide a great mix of insect inclusions and natural amber character, making this bundle both visually appealing and scientifically interesting.
